Delivery flow The delivery flow handles the car from sale to delivery. With this addon, you get access to a separate flow to prepare your vehicles for delivery. Dynamic lists With the dynamic lists extension, automatic lists are set up. You choose which information should be displayed in columns based on a set number of information fields. The lists can be public for users to subscribe to, or private where individual users or groups get access through invites. Service Schedule The Service Schedule addon keeps track of each car's service schedule to let you know when to do a routine check on your vehicles. The supplement is connected to an existing module in Carcare, for example the new car module. Carcare then keeps track of when inspections of new cars are to be carried out, these can then be marked as completed to be able to track which cars have been inspected and which have not. State of purchase The purchase state handles the car before purchase. A separate state (menu selection) lights up called purchase where cars are sorted to go through a separate flow until the vehicle arrives at the facility. Supplier portal The supplier portal enables you to see specific stations' cars and report them in Carcare. You can automatically update the view to be in charge of which vehicles are at a specific station. Test booking With the test booking add-on, there is the possibility to book test bookings in a calendar for an overview of everything that needs to be tested. The bookings can be divided into different test types and test locations. Transport The transport addon provides the opportunity to monitor the transport of cars from different transport companies and, in some cases, also book transports in Carcare. The add-on requires one RPA module per transport company. Workflow Planning With the Workflow Planning add-on, stations will be automatically initialized for scheduling. Lead time related to stations will be split between waiting time and action time to reduce waiting time as much as possible.
