Our ranking system is designed to encourage and reward outstanding performance among car dealers. It is divided into four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. Each level reflects a car dealer’s progress and commitment to achieving excellence in managing their used vehicles.
Earn points through daily tasks Dealers climb through the levels by earning daily points for completing tasks in Carcare. Consistent performance and engagement in daily work are key to accumulating points. To maintain a fair and competitive system, points are deducted for tasks that are not completed or neglected. This ensures that dealers stay active and disciplined in their work. The points in Carcare are calculated based on both performance and efficiency. Daily points are earned by completing all daily tasks. A task is defined as moving cars from sections or stations where they no longer belong to the next step in the process. Points are then deducted from the daily total if cars are left in sections or stations for too long. What is considered “too long” is based on your own previous performance within that specific condition or station, making the goals tailored to your past results. Additionally, the points are weighted based on the volume of cars passing through your business for used cars, ensuring that all car dealers are fairly assessed relative to their size.
Levels Bronze Level: All car dealers begin their journey at the bronze level. This is a foundational level where dealers can familiarize themselves with the Carcare processes and tools. Silver Level: Achieved by consistently completing tasks and exceeding expectations at the bronze level. Gold Level: Awarded to dealers who demonstrate high efficiency, accuracy, and commitment in their processes for used cars. Diamond Level: The highest achievement, reserved for the very best. Dealers at this level are recognized as industry leaders and set the standard for others to follow.
Seasons The ranking system is divided into seasons, just like in football or hockey. Throughout the season, you have the opportunity to climb the ranking and reach the next level. When a new season starts, all dealers within the same level begin with the same points, giving everyone an equal opportunity to advance to the next level. Each level has a qualification requirement in points that must be achieved to have a chance to move up. However, to secure a spot in a higher level, you must also perform better than another dealer at that level – essentially taking their place. This means that dealers who are overtaken in points are automatically moved down in the ranking, creating a dynamic and competitive environment. If a dealer reaches the qualification threshold for the next level before the end of the season, they will start with the same starting points as the level above at the beginning of the new season, even if they didn’t manage to enter the higher level in the previous season. This gives a fair chance to compete at a comparable level with the higher-ranked dealers.
Compete across borders Dealers don’t just compete locally; they are also measured against others operating in multiple countries. This international competition adds an exciting dimension and motivates dealers to strive for global recognition. Reaching the Diamond level is an extraordinary achievement. Only a few dealers reach the top and earn the title of the best in the industry. These elite performers are celebrated for their outstanding work and serve as benchmarks for excellence in the industry.
Summary Start small, aim big: Begin at the bronze level and work your way up. Be consistent: Earn points daily by completing your tasks. Compete globally: Test your skills against dealers in multiple countries. Strive for excellence: Only the most dedicated reach the Diamond level. By participating in our ranking system, car dealers can not only improve their businesses but also become recognized as top performers in the competitive used car market. Keep striving, and you could become part of the industry elite!
